Minority Economic Impact Office

The Office of Minority Economic Impact (OMEI) was established under the National Energy Conservation Policy Act (Public Law 95-619) on November 9, 1978. OMEI is one of three subagencies that make up the Department of Energy’s Office of Economic Impact and Diversity (ED).
